Translate from ebcidic to ascii format
Datatron offers Cyborg users the ability to make their mainframe Cyborg database into a PC database by translating
the database from an ebcidic format into an ascii format. Standard ebcidic to ascii converters will not work because
there are binary fields located throughout the Cyborg database that must not be translated. Only Datatron's translator
knows how to convert the variably placed binary fields properly.
